Do you outsource work or is it all in-house?

We have a dedicated team of internal resources who handle all design, creative, animation, UI/UX, strategy, copywriting, producing, and content creation. Depending on the size and scope of the project, we will bring in additional resources to help support large scale productions including directors, DPs, casting directors, special effects, experiential, and event activations.

How does billing work?

We typically work on projects which we provide project rates as a fixed cost. For ongoing work, clients will leverage dedicated resources under a monthly retainer. Our hourly rate for work is $175 per hour.

Are there any digital services you don’t provide?

We provide a wide range of strategic, creative, and production services for our clients. The only service we do not provide at this time is media. We do, however, work with a handful of great media partners who handle paid social, display, OOH, print, broadcast, and radio.

Can you provide creative and productions services outside of California?

We are licensed to shoot content all across the country. From New York to California, we have produced content for a wide range of clients. We also have incredible partners all around the world that allow us to produce content globally. We also have a great localization partner who are experts in culture and ensure that everything we create resonates no matter what language or country it’s viewed in.
